NEW YORK, November 14, 2013―Kantar Health, a leading global healthcare consulting firm, has appointed Catherine Alberny as Regional Talent Director of Southern Europe & France, and Global Accounts. In her new role, she reports to Michel Murino, CEO of Kantar Health, Southern Europe and France.
Ms. Alberny is responsible for developing and implementing talent management in the region of Southern Europe & France, which has recently been created by the integration of the Paris, Milan and Madrid offices. Kantar Health brings together experts in market research and consultants in the healthcare domain in order to help the pharmaceutical industry and stakeholders in healthcare to better cope with the challenges that they encounter in a healthcare market which is becoming ever-more global and complex.
With a degree in Law from the Université d’Aix-Marseille, Ms. Alberny brings to her new role in Kantar Health an expertise in law, as well as a proven experience in human resources. After starting her career as a legal professional, she held managerial positions in human resources departments in a variety of industries, such as in the cosmetics and software publishing sectors. Her previous international experience allows her to manage and oversee different European offices. In August 2012, she joined Novartis Consumer Health in the role of Human Resources Project Director, before taking on the role of Regional Talent Director for Southern Europe and Global Accounts at Kantar Health in July 2013.
