Kantar Health Wins in Community Programs Category for Campaign for Leo Pharma in Conjunction with Sudler & Hennessey, Hill & Knowlton Strategies and In Vivo Communications
NEW YORK, October 1, 2012—Kantar Health, a leading healthcare-focused global consultancy and marketing insights company, won Australia’s PRIME Award for Community Programs for its work—in collaboration with Sudler & Hennessey, Hill & Knowlton Strategies and In Vivo Communications—on Leo Pharma’s “Know Your Own Skin” campaign.
This award recognizes pharmaceutical companies and their healthcare partner companies for their outstanding commitment, achievements and contributions to the community.
Know Your Own Skin is a health campaign designed to provide Australians with useful information, advice and tools to help them better understand and take care of their own skin, in order to monitor sun damage and seek medical treatment as appropriate. A parallel educational program is also provided for GPs, practice nurses and pharmacists to assist them in correctly identifying potential pre-cancerous skin lesions and conduct thorough skin checks.

The 8th PRIME Awards were held September 20. They recognize excellence in the judicious, appropriate, safe and efficacious marketing of medicines in Australia. The PRIME Awards are organized and administered by Reed Business Information, the publishers of Australian Doctor, 6minutes, Pharmacy News and Specialist Updates together with a group of volunteers from the Australian Pharmaceutical industry.
