Is Your Strategy Working? The Campaign against Mediocre Multi-channel Marketing

Multi-channel communication has been a buzzword in pharma for the past 10+ over years, yet few companies seem to be reaping the promised rewards. Healthcare professionals’ expectations for communications with pharma companies are being driven by their experience outside of healthcare. Every touchpoint with your company has the potential to change HCPs attitude and behavior. But not all companies are effectively managing this.

In this presentation Kantar Health will discuss:

  • How to identify and overcome the key barriers in multi-channel marketing
  • The importance of utilizing a touchpoint optimization approach
  • Measuring impact and ROI of your campaigns
